摘  要:以仿刺参Apostichopus japonicus为试验材料,建立了一种海参体壁手术缝合的方法。将体质量为(55±2.6)g的仿刺参放入盛有0.54 mol/L硫酸镁溶液的解剖盘中麻醉1 h,然后用灭菌手术刀沿腹后部1/3处往前纵向切开约2 cm切口,深至体腔。采用单纯对合缝合法进行缝合,缝合后放回加有抗生素的水槽中培育。结果表明:试验组仿刺参伤口经缝合后,创口在10 d时已基本愈合,20 d时切口处组织与正常组织没有区别,且在培育过程中,化皮率为10%,死亡率仅为5%;对照组伤口未经缝合,其创口愈合时间较试验组平均慢10 d,且化皮率高达58.7%,死亡率为51.7%。该方法可应用到海参的创伤试验研究以及养殖生产中。A surgical suture method on body walls was established in the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus ( body weight 55 g±2. 6 g). The sea cucumber were put into magnesium sulfate solution at 0.54 mol/L for anesthesia for 1 h in a dissecting tray, dissected about a 2 cm incision along the abdomen distance anal 1/3 longitudinal deep to the body cavity by a sterilizated scalpel. The sutured sea cucumber was back into the tank and cultivated in the sea water with antibiotics. The results showed that the wounds of the sea cucumber in the experimental groups were primarily healed at 10 d, recovery at 20 d. In the experiment, the skin ulceration rate was found 10% with mortality of only 5% in the experimental group. However, in the control group(without suture) ,the wounds were healed 10 days later than in the experimental groups with skin ulceration rate of as high as 58.7% and mortality of 51.7%. The findings reveal that this method can be applied to the test study of and breeding production of the sea cucum- ber.
