摘　　要：以中国2000～2011年发生募集资金变更的中国上市公司数据为样本,对企业的投资水平进行衡量。然后,分析公司发生募资变更对企业投资水平的影响,发现募集资金变更会导致企业投资过度,但与企业投资不足关系不显著,说明募资变更后企业资金较充裕,致使投资过度,而不会产生投资不足。考虑到制度环境的影响,加入市场化进程指数、市场中介组织发育和法律制度环境指数、政府与市场的关系指数等制度环境的衡量指标后,发现制度环境可以抑制企业投资的非效率行为。Taking the companies that changed their raised fund from 2000 to 2011 as the sample,this paper tests on the im- pacts of alteration of raised fund and institutional environment on the change of committed investment orientation. The result shows that firms which change the committed investment orientation are apt to be over - investment, hut are not significant to be under - investment. In addition, institutional environments have instruction on the over - investment and under - invest- ment. The research enriches the study about the corporate investment and alteration of raised fund.
