摘　　要：目的:对比观察药物治疗与选择性激光小梁成形术治疗残余性开角型青光眼的效果。方法:对17例(17眼)残余性开角型青光眼患者参考患者个人意愿随机分为两组,A组采用曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗;B组采用选择性激光小梁成形术治疗。观察比较两组治疗后1d、1周、1个月、3个月眼压情况。结果:术后所有患者的眼压均有明显下降。结论:应用药物治疗与激光治疗残余性开角型青光眼短期内均能达到理想效果,且药物治疗组效果优于激光治疗组。Objective： To observe and compare the effect of medication and selective laser trabeculoplasty on treating residual open-angle glaucoma. Methods： 17 cases of residual glaucoma patients with open-angle were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the wishes of the patients. Patients in Group A received travoprost eye drops treatment, while patients in Group B were treated with selective laser trabeculoplasty. Intraocular pressure （IOP） of patients in both groups were observed one day, one week, one month and three months after the treatment. Results. Postoperative IOP of patients significantly decreased after the treatment. Conclusion： The application of both the medication treatment and selective laser trabeculoplasty can achieve ideal effect on residual open-angle glaucoma, however, the medication group acheives better effect than that of the laser group.
