可乐丽菲露SE BOND治疗超声波洁牙后牙本质过敏疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨和评价可乐丽菲露SE BOND对超声波洁牙后牙本质过敏的治疗效果。方法:将68例超声波洁牙后牙本质过敏的患者共计362颗牙随机分为3组,A组(可乐丽菲露组)24例123颗牙;B组(Gluma脱敏剂组)23例119颗牙;C组(丁硼牙齿脱敏膏)21例120颗牙。3组患牙在统一标准下脱敏治疗,术后进行即刻,1个月,3个月的疗效观察,并进行统计学分析。结果:3种脱敏剂治疗后即刻,1个月,3个月的有效率,A组(可乐丽菲露组)有效率明显优于B组(Gluma脱敏剂组)和C组(丁硼牙齿脱敏膏),特别是远期疗效稳定。结论:可乐丽菲露SE BOND黏结剂具有较好的脱敏效果,远期效果好,值得临床关注。Objective： To investigate and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Clearfil dentin hypersensitivity induced by ultrasonic cleaning. Methods： 68 Patients teeth） with dentin hypersensitivity induced by ultrasonic teeth cleaning were r three groups, 24 cases of 123 teeth in Group A were treated by Clearfil, 23 SE Bond on treating （with a total of 362 andomly divided into cases of 119 teeth in Group B were treated by Gluma desensitizer, and 21 cases of 120 teeth in Group C were treated by Dingpeng Rugao desensitizer. All teeth were performed desensitization treatment under the same standard. The efficacy of moment, one month and three month after the treatment were observed and statistically analyzed. Results： The effective rate in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B and Group C the moment, one month and three months after the treatment. In particular, the long-term effect in Group A was stable. Conclusion： Clearfil SE Bond has better desensitization effect and long-term effect, it is worthy of clinical attention.
