摘  要:根据态度的三因素理论,积极的锻炼认知对锻炼行为产生重要影响。采用《青少年体育锻炼现状与影响因素调查问卷》对部分天津市中小学生进行调查,结果显示:积极的锻炼认知更利于个体参与身体锻炼,而学业、个体认知、家庭经济是制约中小学生参与体育锻炼的因素;在制约身体锻炼的因素中,男生倾向于外部归因,女生倾向于内部归因,中心城区学生倾向于外部归因,郊区城镇学生倾向于内部归因。Positive exercise cognition plays an important part in exercise behaviors, according to the 3-factor theory of attitude. The paper uses the questionnaire of "teenagers' exercise behavior status quo and the constraint factors" to investigate the students in Tianjin primary and secondary schools. The results show that positive exercise cognition can encourage them to participate in physical activities. However, school work, individual cognition and family economic pressure are the factors to restrict them from taking part in exercises. Among the constraint factors, male students attribute their behavior to external causes, while females more to internal causes. On the other hand, students living in urban district tend to attribute to external causes, while students in suburbs tend to internal causes.
