摘　　要：针对糖厂蒸发工段,介绍了一套符合糖厂蒸发工段工艺要求的监控系统,该系统采用WinCC组态技术、现场总线技术及PLC技术。本文着重研究了利用组态软件WINCC设计自动监控系统的方法并对开发过程中遇到的问题及解决方法进行了讨论。According to the evaporation section in sugar mill, a monitor system which fulfills the process requirement of evaporation section was introduced, and the monitor function is achieved with WinCC configuration technology, field bus technology and PLC technology. This paper studied the methods of designing an industrial automation monitor system with configuration software WinCC and the solutions for problems encountered in this process.
