摘 要:以锦葵茎皮为原料,采用盐酸、硫酸及酒石酸的稀释溶液为提取剂,结合正交试验进行果胶提取,对果胶组成进行红外光谱分析,并与桑皮果胶进行比较。采用不同质量分数的果胶溶液对真丝织物进行整理,测试了真丝织物风格、拉伸性能及防紫外性能。结果表明:锦葵茎皮以酒石酸稀释液作为提取液,pH3,提取时间为90 min的工艺条件下,果胶获得率最稳定且相对较高,不同提取工艺对果胶色泽有一定影响,而锦葵茎皮果胶与桑皮所含果胶的成分基本相同。真丝织物经过果胶溶液整理后,织物风格产生一定的变化,防紫外性能随着果胶质量分数的增大而增强,织物的拉伸性能也有所提高。Pectin was extracted with mallow bark as the raw material and diluted solution of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and tartaric acid as the extraetant in combination of orthogonal experiment. Infrared spectroscopic analysis was conducted for the composition of the pectin. It was compared with the pectin extracted from mulberry bark. The pectin solution with different mass fractions was adopted to treat silk fabric. Besides, silk fabric style, tensile property and anti-UV property were tested. The results show: the pectin extraction rate is the most stable and relative high when mallow bark and tartaric acid diluent are adopted with pH value of 3 and extraction time of 90 minutes ; different extraction processes impose certain influences on color and luster of the pectin ; the compositions of pectin in mallow bark and mulberry bark is basically the same. After silk fabric is treated by pectin solution, fabric style will change ; anti-UV property will enhance with the increase in mass fraction of pectin the tensile property of the fabric also improves.
