微管不稳定Stathmin蛋白在十二指肠乳头癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究微管不稳定Stathmin蛋白在十二指肠乳头癌中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征、预后的关系。方法经病理检查确诊的十二指肠乳头癌患者37例,并取其中25例患者的癌旁组织作对照。应用免疫组织化学方法检测十二指肠乳头癌组织及癌旁组织中Stathmin蛋白的表达情况。分析Stathmin蛋白表达水平与十二指肠乳头癌患者的临床表现、病理特征及预后的关系。结果十二指肠乳头癌组织37例中Stathmin蛋白表达阳性26例(70.3%),癌旁组织25例中表达阳性7例(28.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。微管不稳定Stathmin蛋白过表达与患者的性别、年龄无关(r=0.007、r=-0.003,P>0.05),而与临床病理分级、肿瘤淋巴结转移及FNM分期有关(r=-0.879、r=0.592、r=-0.727,P<0.05)。结论微管不稳定Stathmin蛋白可能与十二指肠乳头癌的发生、进展及转移潜能有关,有望成为十二指肠乳头癌判定预后的新指标。Objective To study the expression of Stathmin protein in duodenum papillary carcinoma tissues and to explore the relationship between the expression of Stathmin and clinical pathological features of in duodenum papillary carcinoma. Methods Pathologically diagnosed 37 patients with duodenal cancer, and take the 25 cases of patients with cancer tissue as controls. The expression of Stathmin protein was observed in the tissues by immunohistochemical staining and western blot. Then the expression differences and clinical, pathological significance of Stathmin were analyzed. Results Duodenal carcinoma of 37 cases Stathmin protein was positive in 26 cases （70.3%）, adjacent tissues expression of 25 cases was positive in 7 cases （28.0%）, difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Unstable microtubule protein Stathmin overexpression had no correlation with the patient＇s sex and age （ r = 0. 007, r = - 0. 003, P 〉 0.05）, but had correlation with clinical and pathological grade, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage （ r = - 0. 879, r = 0. 592, r = - 0. 727, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Unstable microtubule protein Stathmin protein may be associated with duodenal cancer incidence, progression and metastatic potential related, it is expected to become a new prognostic indicator of duodenum papillary carcinoma.
