浙江省婴儿母乳喂养现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省0～6个月婴儿的母乳喂养现状及影响因素。方法自行设计问卷,采用整群抽样法对浙江省9县市528名0～6个月婴儿的母亲进行调查。结果纯母乳喂养率30.3%,几乎纯母乳喂养率24.3%,混合喂养率26.3%,人工喂养19.1%;分娩方式、婴儿月龄、婴儿性别、早吸吮、母亲自觉奶量对母乳喂养有显著影响。结论浙江省现阶段纯母乳喂养率较低,受较多因素影响。Objective To study the present status and influencing factors of breast feeding for 0-6month infants in Zhejiang Province.Method Choose 528 0-6month infants’mothers from 9cities in Zhejiang Province by cluster sampling and investigate them by self-designed questionnaire.Result Rate of all breast feeding is 30.3%,almost all breast feeding is 24.3%,mixed feeding is 26.3%and bottle feeding is 19.1%.Delivery mode,months of infants,gender,early suck and self-judgment on breast milk all have great effect on breast feeding.Conclusion Rate of breast feeding is low in Zhejiang Province,which is affected by many factors.
