论高等农业院校贫困生“助人自助”体系的构建

摘　　要：高等农业院校在执行国家和省政府各种助学方针政策时,为广大困难学生解决了一些基本困难,但也出现了新的问题。依据马斯洛需求理论,对高等农业院校资助中遇到的实际问题进行分析,提出构建包含改革困难程度判定方法,加强人文关怀教育、强化励志教育和开展发展支持教育的高等农业院校贫困大学生"助人自助"体系。When higher agricultural colleges helped lots of needy students to solve some difficulties by using the various policies of the state, some new problems occurs. According to the Maslow＇s need theory, this paper analyzes the practical problems encountered in higher agricultural colleges. It proposes building a ＂helping others to help themselves＂ system for needy students in higher agricultural colleges, including reforming the method of the judgment of difficulty, strengthening humanistic concern and inspirational education, carrying out the developmental and supportive education.
