摘　　要：结合多年从事高校科研管理工作的实际,针对高校科研创新,产学研相结合特点,从实施特色发展战略、锻造科技创新团队、构建成果转化模式、构架校企合作桥梁四个方面进行了研究和探索。Based on years’management experiences in university scientific research practice,the paper,in accordance to the features of scientific research and innovation in the industry-university-research,explored how to strengthen the industry-university-research from the four aspects： implementation of the specific strategy development,Forging scientific and technological innovation team,building achievements mode,constructing the university-enterprise cooperation bridge.
