乳癌手术中刀片分离皮瓣和电刀分离皮瓣引流量及皮瓣情况观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳癌手术中两种分离皮瓣方法的差异。方法:对26例乳癌改良根治术中两种分离皮瓣临床资料进行回顾性分析,将26例患者分为两组,试验组13例采用刀片分离皮瓣,对照组13例采用电刀分离皮瓣,分析和比较两种手术方式术后引流情况和皮瓣坏死差异。结果:两者术后第1天引流量无差异(P>0.05),术后第3天、第5天引流量均有差异(P<0.01),两者引流时间方面,试验组时间短于对照组(P<0.01),两者手术时间无明显差异(P>0.05),试验组皮瓣坏死率低于对照组(χ2=4.489,P<0.05)。结论:乳癌改良根治术中刀片分离皮瓣组优于电刀分离皮瓣组。Objective To explore the differences between the two method of separating flap in breast cancer.Method 26 cases of modified radical mastectomy who were done in two method were retrospectively analyzed.The 26 patients were divided into two groups,13 patients of the experimental group used the blade separation flap,the control group（n=13）used the electric knife to separate flap.And analyzed and compared the postoperative drainage situation and flap necrosis between the two surgical methods.Results There was no differences between the two one day after the surgery about the drainage（P0.05）,there were different after three days,five days about the drainage（P0.01）,the drainage of the experimental group was shorter than the control group（P0.01）,both the two about the operative time were no significant difference（P 0.05）,flap necrosis rate of the experimental group was more than the control group（χ2=4.489,P0.05）.Conclusion The blade separation flap group is better than the electric knife separation flap group in modified radical mastectomy.
