摘　　要：业务流程、信息流和物流三者之间相互影响,关系到并影响企业的生产运作效率,对业务流程的优化必须充分考虑企业的信息流、物流的状况。通过对三者之间关系的研究,根据业务流程中信息流、物流的参与情况对业务流程进行了分类,阐述了业务流程的分类方法,结合案例详细讨论了业务流程优化的方法、步骤及优化的侧重点,说明了优化的效果。Information flow guides logistics and business processes,and business processes occur with information or logistics processing and transmission.Business process,information flow and logistics influence each other,which affect the efficiency of production operation.This paper studies the relationship of the three and classifies the business processes according to the participation of information flow and logistics.Then it identifies the optimization method and emphasis of each kind of business process.This paper discusses the business process classification method and optimization steps,and proves that the optimization method can effectively improve operational efficiency by researching a case of actual process improvement.
