摘　　要：以制造企业为研究对象,并以其生产现状为背景。从其内部的工作流程出发,对整个制造过程的生产能力做了系统的分析,提出了一套生产能力评估、平衡、提升的完整评估方案。在对生产能力核算做出系统总结的基础上,将产能评估理论与实际应用相结合,通过综合考虑盈利指标、市场需求、生产能力等因素进行资源平衡调配,可为生产与销售提供决策支持。Taking manufacturing enterprise as the research object, and its production as the back- ground, this paper makes a systematic analysis based on its production process, and proposes a compre-hensive evaluation system in assessing, balancing, and enhancing production capacity. Based on a sys-tematic summarization of the manufacturing capacity, this paper puts the assessing theory into prac-tice, and takes into consideration the overall situation of profitability index, market demand, produc- tion capacity and other factors to balance the resource distribution, and thus provides decision-making support for the production and marketing of manufacturing industry.
