单级A/O程序HSMBR除碳脱氮

摘  要:针对传统膜生物反应器的不足,设计出新型膜生物反应器工艺系统——复合膜生物反应器(HSMBR),并对HSMBR除碳脱氮性能进行了系统的实验。结果表明:通过控制缺氧/好氧的比例时间实现了A/O程序HSMBR对NH4+-N、COD、TN的去除,其平均去除率分别为92.8%、94.4%、69.4%。在A/O程序HSMBR运行过程中,进水NH4+-N值与A/O过程交替时氨氮值几乎不变;在好氧过程中,有90%以上的氮化合物在好氧过程中消失,从而证明了在A/O程序HSMBR运行过程中存在好氧脱氮现象;另外,在A/O程序HSMBR运行过程中,COD/TN为3.5时,TN的去除效率达到85.5%。In view of insufficiency of traditional membrane bioreactor,a new craft system of membrane bioreactor——hybrid submerged membrane bioreactor(HSMBR) was designed.The system test of nitrogen and carbon removals has performed in HSMBR.The test results indicated that ammonia nitrogen and COD has been removed by an anoxic/aerobic hybrid submerged membrane bioreactor,and the average removal of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were 92.8%,94.4% and 69.4%,respectively.In an anoxic/aerobic HSMBR process,ammonia nitrogen value in influent and ammonia nitrogen value of the anoxic/aerobic process time in turn was invariable nearly.Above 90% nitrogen compound was disappeared in the aerobic process,which proven that the phenomenon of aerobic nitrogen was removed in an anoxic/aerobic HSMBR.Moreover,while COD/TN was 3.5,the removal efficiency of TN was 85.5%.
