摘 要:大跨度斜拉桥成桥初始索力确定是全桥结构设计分析中的重要问题。基于索力差值迭代原理,提出一种基于ANSYS平台的斜拉桥成桥初始索力确定方法,以设计索力作为目标值,考虑斜拉桥几何非线性因素,先假定任一组初始索力以初应变的形式加到斜拉索上,加上恒载并计算,提取计算所得斜拉索索力并检查该索力与目标成桥索力的误差是否在允许的范围内,若误差过大,通过差值法修改斜拉索初应变,再重新计算直至误差在允许的范围内。运用APDL语言编制了三塔结合梁斜拉桥成桥索力迭代计算程序,并将该程序应用于武汉二七长江大桥结构分析中。结果表明,该初始索力迭代方法方便快捷,调索效率高。边塔两侧44根斜拉索的成桥索力与设计院提供的成桥索力误差均在5%以内。Initial force is an important issue in the long span bridge design. Based on the cable force difference iterative principle, the iterative method of initial force is proposed. The design cable forces are regarded as the target value. Considering geometrical nonlinearities, first any set of initial cable force are added to the cable-stayed as initial strain, and the dead loads are added. The calculating cable forces are extracted, and compared to the target value. If the difference between calculating cable forces and design value is large, the initial cable forces should be modified and recalculated until the difference is within the allowable range. The force iterative calculation procedure is given by APDL language considering the nonlinear geometric factors, and the calculation procedure is applied to the structural analysis of Wuhan Erqi Yangtze River Bridge. The results show that the iterative method is convenient and high efficiency. The deviations of cable force between Bridge-completing Cable Force and design value are within 5% for 44 cables of side tower.
