内镜治疗消化性溃疡出血50例护理观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜治疗消化性溃疡出血护理配合方法与效果。方法:消化性溃疡出血患者100例根据入院顺序分为两组——治疗组与对照组各50例,所有患者都采用内镜治疗,治疗组患者在内镜治疗的同时配合积极的循证护理方法。结果:经过治疗,两组无死亡病例。同时治疗组的手术时间与住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症比较少,两组并发症发生情况对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在内镜治疗消化性溃疡出血手术中应用循证护理,可促进术后康复,同时安全性好,值得推广应用。Objective：To investigate the endoscopic treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding care with the methods and effects. Methods：100 cases of peptic ulcer bleeding in patients under a hospital order is divided into two groups - the treatment group and control group of 50 eases, all patients had endoscopic surgery, patients treated with surgery while with the positive, evidence-based care approach. Results： After treatment, no deaths. Surgical time and hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）. The complication is less than two groups of complications occurred contrast to the situation was no significant difference（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion： The application of evidence-based care in the endoscopic treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding surgery can reduce the trauma, promote postoperative rehabilitation, does not increase complications, should be widely applied.
