摘　　要：地方文化课程来自当地的文化资源,也可转化为地方开放大学的优质课程资源。地方文化精品课程开发应在课程总体设计、教材编写、网络课程设计上着力;课程应用要落实在教学过程各环节与社会推广上。如此,地方文化精品课程方能对提高学习者的人文素养、促进地方文化建设发展和繁荣起到作用。同时,对完善远程开放大学课程体系也具有重要的创新价值和现实意义。Local culture courses originates from local culture rcsourses and can be converted into high-quality curriculum resources for Open University. The development of local cultural quality courses should be focused on overall course design, materials compilation, and network courses design. Curriculum application should be implemented on various aspects of teaching process and social promotion. Therefore, the local culture quality courses can play a role to improve the learners＇ cultural literacy, promote the development and prosperity of local cultural construction, and meanwhile, it also has Important innovation value and practical significance of perfecting the system of Distance and Open University courses.
