摘　　要：髓源性抑制细胞是一群异质性细胞的统称,包括各种分化状态的骨髓祖细胞、未成熟粒细胞、巨噬细胞和树突细胞等.髓源性抑制细胞可以抑制肿瘤毒性自然杀伤细胞和自然杀伤T细胞介导的固有免疫,以及CD4＋CD8＋T细胞介导的适应性免疫,并与巨噬细胞、树突细胞、调节性T细胞等有着密切联系,在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用.Myeloid-derived suppressor cells are a heterogeneous population of early myeloid progenitors,immature granulocytes,macrophages,and dendritic cells at different stages of differentiation.These cells have the capacity to suppress both the innate immunity response mediated by the cytotoxic natural killer cells and natural killer T cells,and the adaptive immune response mediated by CD4＋ and CD8＋ T cells.In addition,myeloid-derived suppressor cells have close links with macrophages,dendritic cells,regulate T cells and so on,and also play an important role in the process of tumor progression.
