摘　　要：文化产业作为朝阳产业在我国发展迅猛,而高职院校原有的人才培养模式不能与现有的文化产业相适应。根据对文化产业的需求与人才培养的难点提出"以地区文化产业发展特色为导向,明确文化产业人才培养目标,改进现有的教学体制,确立校企结合"的高职文化产业人才培养模式。The cultural industry as a sunrise industry in China is developing rapidly, and the talent of the original training model in higher vocational colleges cannot adapt with the existing cultural industry, according to the difficulty of demand for cultural industry and personnel training ＂with the local culture industry development characteristics of cultural industry, a clear goal of talent training, the improvement of existing the teaching system, the establishment of school-enterprise cooperation＂ culture industry talent cultivation mode of Higher Vocational education
