摘  要:采用顶空固相微萃取气相色谱质谱联用法(HS-SPME-GC/MS)对无氮(BG110)和含氮(BG11)条件下培养的地木耳(Nostoc commune)挥发物进行提取和测定。结果显示:无氮培养地木耳鉴定出38种化合物,主要包括烷烃(90.93%)、醇类(1.88%)、酯类(0.74%)、酮类(2.87%)、烯烃(3.22%)和其他化合物(0.9%)等;含氮培养地木耳鉴定出39种化合物,主要包括烷烃(85.24%)、醇类(5.93%)、酯类(1.98%)、酮类(1.65%)、烯烃(3.55%)和其他化合物(1.65%)等。地木耳挥发物组成为烷烃、醇类、酯类、酮类、烯烃以及其他化合物,其中烷烃含量占总挥发物的90%左右;氮源对地木耳的烷烃组成影响较大,含氮组以十七碳烷和十六碳烷为主,无氮组以十七碳烷和7-甲基-十七碳烷为主。The volatile compounds in Nostoc commune cultivated in two different conditions (with and without nitrogen in medium) is studied with headspace solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC- MS) techniques. A total of 39 types of volatile compounds, including normal paraffin hydrocarbons (90.93%), alkenes (3.22%), alcohols (1.88%), esters (0.74%), ketones (2.87%) have been identified from the Nostoc commune cultivated without nitrogen. And a total of 40 types of volatile compounds, including normal paraffin hydrocarbons (85.24%), alkenes (3.55%), alcohols (5.93%), esters (1.98%), ketones (1.65%) have been indentified from the Nostoc commune cultivated with nitrogen. Normal paraffin hydrocarbons, alkenes, alcohols, esters and ketones were the main compounds of volatile compounds of Nostoc commune. Among them, the concentration of normal paraffin hydrocarbons was high to 90%. The effect of nitrogen on the composition of normal paraffin hydrocarbon was significant. The main compounds in the Nostoc commune cultivated without nitrogen were heptadecane and hexadecane, and in the one cultivated with nitrogen were heptadecane and 7-methyl-heptadecane.
