企业动态能力与自主创新机制之关联研究——“D-I-P”模型的构建

摘　　要：将动态能力理论与企业自主创新理论结合起来,应用系统学分析工具,提出了"动态能力、自主创新机制、自主创新绩效"三者之间关系的"D-I-P"模型,并应用统计软件(SPSS)和结构方程模型(SEM)开展了对三者关系的实证研究。研究验证了以下命题:动态能力对企业自主创新机制有着显著的正相关影响;企业自主创新机制对绩效有着显著的正相关影响;动态能力对自主创新绩效有着非显著性的正相关影响;自主创新机制在动态能力、创新绩效形成的关系中起着重要的中介变量的作用。Through the theory of dynamic capabilities and independent innovation, the paper puts forward dynamic capabilities, independent innovation mechanism and performance, by way of the system tool. Based on large sample size of data collection, after a clear account of empirical research, a conceptual model and theoretical assumptions are set up using SPSS and structural equation modeling. The dynamic capability of enterprise has a significant positive impact on enterprise independent innovation mechanism, and independent innovation mechanism has the same impact on independent innovation performance; dynamic capabilities have a little significant positive impact on innovation performance directly, and independent innovation mechanism plays an important mediator role between them, which can not be ignored.
