摘 要:目的建立餐饮用油脂中苯并(a)芘的测定方法。方法 BaP经乙酸乙酯+环己烷(1:1)提取,经凝胶色谱(GPC)净化,容积转换浓缩后,采用高效液相色谱法C18柱(5μm,4·6mm×250mm),流动相为乙腈-水(95+5),流速1.0ml/min,激发波长290nm,发射波长430nm进行检测,外标法定量。结果 BaP标准曲线在1.0~10.0μg/L范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999,回收率为88.0%~95.0%,RSD均小于4%,方法检出限0.1μg/kg。结论该测定方法具有前处理简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点,可适用于餐饮用油脂样品BaP的测定。OBJECTIVE To establish the method of determination benzo (a) pyrene (BaP) in the food with oil. METH- ODS BaP was extracted by the ethyl acetate and cyclohexane (1: 1) and purified by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). After the volume conversion concentrated, the high-performance liquid chromatography C18 column (5μm, 4.6mm×250mm) was used, mobile phase of acetonitrile - water (95 + 5), 1.0ml / min flow rate, 290nm excitation wavelength, 430nm emission wavelength and then the external standard for quantization was used for detection. RESULTS BaP standard curve in 1.0-10.0μg / L range was linear, r = 0.999, recovery rate was 88.0% -95.0% , RSD was less than 4% and the detection limit 0.1μg / kg. CONCLUSION The method is simple, fast, accurate, high sensitivity and suitable for the determination of BaP sample of the food with oil.
