摘　　要：肝脾相关是中医学五脏相关理论的重要组成部分,其理论渊源来源于《内经》《难经》,应用于《伤寒论》。文章主要从《内经》《难经》和《伤寒论》三部经典著作中溯源肝脾相关理论,从生理、病理及方证运用方面探讨肝脾相关的学术源流,为肝脾相关理论指导临床治疗提供经典理论依据。The correlation of TCM liver and spleen is the important part of the five viscera′s correction doctrine.The theoretical foundation of the correlation of TCM liver and spleen originated from Neijing and Classic on Medical Problems,is applied to Treatise on Febrile Diseases.This thesis mainly traced to the source from the TCM classic of Neijing,Classic on Medical Problems and Treatise on Febrile Diseases,from physiology,pathology and application of prescription to discuss the academic origin and development about the correlation of TCM liver and spleen,providing the classic theory basis to guide clinical therapy for the theory of the correlation TCM liver and spleen.
