摘　　要：目的:观察分时段针刺导气法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:将120例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为针刺组(60例)和药物组(60例)。针刺组采用分时段针刺导气法,以子宫穴、三阴交、中极、水道为主穴,在滤泡期、排卵期、黄体期分别实施温针灸、电针、温针灸,腹部穴位针刺时采用导气法。药物组采用CC+HCG方案。两组均治疗3个月经周期,疗效统计时限为治疗结束后3个月。结果:治疗后,针刺组和药物组总有效率分别为62.96%和36%,两组患者临床总有效率相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者排卵率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后LH/FSH的比值相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分时段针刺导气法治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效优于药物CC+HCG,其促排卵的作用与CC+HCG无差异,调整LH/FSH比值的作用优于CC+HCG。Objective：To observe the curative effect of acupuncture using Daoqi manipulation and different therapy in different time therapy in treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）.Methods：120 patients with PCOS were divided into two groups at random,60 cases in acupuncture group,using Daoqi manipulation and different therapy in women every month different time therapy;60 cases in medicaments group were given CC＋HCG treatment.The patients were treated for 3 menstrual cycles,the statistical effect of a time limit of 3 months was observed after treatment.The patient′s pregnancy and menstrual cycle and ovulation rate and the ratio of LH/FSH were observed.Results：After treatment the efficacy of acupuncture group was 62.96%,the efficacy of medicaments group was 36%,there was a statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Compared two groups of patients with ovulation rate,there was no statistically significant difference（P0.05）.After treatment,LH/FSH ratio in comparison had statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The method of acupuncture using Daoqi manipulation and different therapy in women every month different time on PCOS is better than CC＋HCG treatment.
