岭南黄牙果核干粉治疗难愈性Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期压疮的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨岭南黄牙果核干粉治疗难愈性Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期压疮的疗效。方法将120例难愈性Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期压疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组应用岭南黄牙果核干粉的治疗方法；对照组应用传统的红外线照射加氯霉素粉治疗方法。比较2组的治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组的临床疗效、止痛及治愈时间比较有差异，治疗组显著优于对照组。结论治疗组在治疗难愈性Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期压疮时疗效较好，且无皮肤损害及人体不良反应发生，具有操作简便、显效快、疗效好、患者无痛苦、易于接受及无不良反应等优点。Objective To discuss the effect of dry powder from stone of Garcinia oblongifolia in south of the Five Ridges on refractory Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage bedsore. Methods 120 cases of patients with re- fractory Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage pressure sore were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group applied dry powder from stone of Garcinia oblongifoha in south of the Five Ridges, while the control group used conventional infrared irradiation plus chloramphenicol powder treatment method. The treatment effect was compared between two groups. Results There were sig- nificnat differences in clinical efficacy, pain rehef and cure time between the treatment group and the control group, and the treatment group acquired better effect than the control group. Conclusions The clinical effi- cacy, pain rehef and healing time of the treatment group in the treatment of refractoryⅢ and Ⅳstage pres- sure ulcer was superior to the control group, and without skin lesions and human adverse reaction, and with the advantages of simple operation, quick, good curative effect, no pain to the patient, easy to accept and no toxic side effect.
