摘　　要：特色农家书屋基于用户需求细分的理念,重新定位农家书屋服务方向,有利于解决当前农民文化需求不足、政府经费投入有限以及书屋管理不到位等问题。构建特色农家书屋需要通过决策者转变观念、细分用户群体、配置特色资源以及加强管理员的素质等途径实现。The idea based on that the user＇s needs subdivide of the characteristic village libraries, and reorientating in the service di- rection of the village libraries, are beneficial to solve the problem of the peasant culture demand deficiency at present, the government fund in-putting limited and managing incompletely, etc. It needs to change the policy makers＇ idea, subdivide user colony, dispose the characteristic resources and strengthen the administrators＇ quality, so as to realize the construction of the village libraries.
