摘 要:目的:建立血清中K、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Rb、Sr和Pb等16种矿物元素全反射X射线荧光分析法(TXRF)同时测定的快速方法。方法:血清样品经恒压湿法消解处理,用TXRF分析仪在负高压40 keV,瞬间电流40 mA条件下测试1000 s。结果:16种矿物元素的仪器检出限(LLD)在0.001mg/L~0.042 mg/L范围,方法检出限(LDM)在0.003 mg/kg~0.139 mg/kg范围。慢性乙肝患者血清中Zn和Se含量明显低于健康对照组,而Cr、As和Pb含量明显高于健康对照组。结论:本方法简便、样品用量少、重现性好,能满足人血清中K等16种矿物元素的测定。Objective: To establish a fast method for the determination of 16 mineral elements, such as K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Rb, Sr and Pb, in human serum of chronic hepatitis B by total reflection X -ray fluorescence (TXRF). Methods: The human serum sample was digested under wet condition and constant pressure, and determined for 1000 s at 40 keV, 40 mA by TXRF. Results: The lower limit of detection (LLD) and the limit of determination (LDM) of different elements in human serum were 0. 001 mg/L - 0. 042 mg/ L and 0. 003 mg/kg -0. 139 mg/kg, respectively. The contents of Zn and Se in chronic hepatitis B group were lower than healthy group. On the contrary, the contents of Cr, As and Pb were higher than healthy group. Conclusion: This method is simple, less sample consumption and accurate, so it was suitable for the determination of 16 mineral elements in human serum.
