摘　　要：目的:通过检测血清中AFP,AFP-L3和GP73,探讨联合检测该三项肿瘤标志物对原发性肝癌诊断的临床价值。方法:通过微柱离心法对病人血清AFP-L3进行分离,并用化学发光法进行AFP定量检测并计算AFP-L3%、病人总AFP,利用定量ELISA检测病人血清中GP73含量。结果:肝癌病人组AFP、AFP-L3和GP73含量均显著高于良性肝病组和正常对照组。且联合检测AFP、AFP-L3和GP73的阳性检测率达96%。结论:通过三项肿瘤指标联合检测,可以提高肝癌病人检测率,有利于临床尽早发现原发性肝癌,可以作为肝癌筛查指标。Objective： To detect the levels of serum AFP, AFP - L3 and GP73 and study the combined detection value of the three tumor markers in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods： Serum AFP - L3 was isolated by microcentrifugalcolumn method, the separated serum AFP - L3 and the serum total AFP were detected with chemilunescent immunoassay to calculate the proportion of AFP - L3. Serum GP73 was tested by quantitative ELISA. Results ： AFP, AFP - L3 and GP73 content of patients with liver cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign liver disease group and normal control group. And the combined detection rate of AFP, AFP - L3 and GP73 was 96%. Conclusion： The combined detection of three tumor markers, can improve the detection rate of patients with liver cancer, conducive to detection of primary liver cancer, so it can be used as indicators for liver cancer screening.
