摘　　要：抗战时期,淮北抗日根据地政府引导、鼓励农民组织多种形式的生产互助组,开展劳动互助;并在平等的基础上进行经济合作,建立各类合作社,局部调整了农村人与人之间、人与物之间的关系。互助合作运动的发展,使根据地经济在战争期间得以增长,民众生活水平普遍较战前有所提高,社会财富开始向以贫农为主体的农民阶级流动,与国统区农村进一步两极分化,民众生活日趋艰难形成鲜明对比;提高了根据地农民的组织化水平,唤醒了农民的阶级意识,增强了农民的政治觉悟;促使根据地存在的懒汉思想开始发生转变,提高了妇女地位。轰轰烈烈的互助合作运动,推动着淮北农村由传统向现代变迁。During the anti-Japanese war,the government in Huaibei anti-Japanese base led and encouraged farmers to organize multiform production mutual aid teams and to carry out labor mutual aid measures. And based on equality, the gov-ernment began financial cooperation and to set up multiform cooperatives so that the relationship between people and the one between man and surroundings would have been partly adjusted. Due to the rise of the mutual aid and cooperation movement, the base area had the chance to develop its economy during the war; people＇ s living standards were upturned universally com- pared with that before the war; and social wealth began to flow to peasants to whom the poor belonged. These had shown the sharp contrast to the further polarization of the countryside in the KMT governed area, for people＇ s life were becoming harder and harder. The movement improved farmers＇~ systematization level, their awareness of class and politics in the base. The ex-isting sluggards＇ way of thinking was forced to shift. Women＇ s position improved. The ambitious movement of mutual aid and cooperation pushed Huaibei countryside to transform from a traditional society to a modern one.
