摘　　要："人的全面发展"是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分。人的全面发展包含人的劳动、人的社会关系、人的需要和人的能力的全面发展。大学生全面发展是在接受高等教育的过程中得到知识、能力、社会关系、素质与个性的全面发展。大学生的个性发展与全面发展是内在统一的。促进大学生全面发展与个性结合,可以从实施目标牵引式学业规划方案着手,以学生发展目标为导向,贯穿大学全方位和全过程,将专业学习与素质拓展有机结合。Man＇s all- round development is an important part of Maxis theory. Man＇s all -round development is involved with man＇s labor, social relationship, need and ability. The university students＇all -round development is involved with the knowledge, ability, social relationship, quality and personality gained from the process of ac- cepting higher education. It is inner unification between the all - round and personality development. To promote the inner unification, it is necessary to carry out goal -pulling style course plan program and take the students＇de- velopment as the guidance in the whole process of every university aspect and process and combine the professional study and quality- rasing.
