白细胞介素-1对周围神经再生及功能恢复的实验研究

摘　　要：目的本研究采用神经再生室研究白细胞介素－１（Ｉｎｔｅｒｌｅｕｋｉｎ－１，ＩＬ－１）对周围神经再生功能的影响。方法将５７只ＳＤ大白鼠随机分为 ＩＬ— １、白细胞介素－１ｌ受体拮抗剂（Ｉｎｔｅｒｌｅｕｋｉｎ－１　Ｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ Ａｎｔｎｇｏｎｉｓｔ，ＩＬ－ １ｒａ）和等渗盐水 ３组。术后 ３、６周取材作神经电生理检查，术后１６周作大鼠趾展宽度测定。结果ＩＬ－１组再生周围神经功能明显优于ＩＬ－１ｒａ组和等渗盐水组。ＩＬ－１ｒａ组和等渗盐水组间没有明显差异。结论ＩＬ－１具有促进周围神经再生及神经功能恢复的作用。Objective Silicone chamber was used to research the effects of IL - 1 on peripheral nerve regeneration and reinnervation after injury. Methods Fifty-seven rats were divided at random into three groups. IL - 1 was injected into the chamber of experimental group one, equal quantity of IL - 1ra(Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist) was injected into the chamber of experimental group two, and equal quantity of saline was injected into control group(saline group ). The rats were observed by functional reinnervation test on 3, 6, 16 weeks after operation, and histologically test at 6 week after operation. Results The function of regenerated nerve of IL-1 group was better than IL-1ra group and saline group, no differences between IL-1ra group and saline group. Conclusion IL-1 can enhance the regeneration of peripheral nerve and functional reinnervation of regenerated nerve.
