体彩雪炭工程与学校体育场馆实施“资源共享”的研究——以临城县综合健身馆与临城第二中学体育场馆为例

摘　　要：以体育彩票"雪炭工程"临城县综合健身馆与临城二中体育场馆实施的"资源共享"为研究对象,通过问卷调查和实地走访调研,论证了以雪炭工程体育场馆与学校体育场馆实行"资源共享"为前提的体育场馆管理方式,有利于整合体育系统和教育系统的体育设施,最大限度地发挥体育场馆为学校体育工作和全民健身工程服务的功效;为了更好地发挥雪炭工程体育场馆与学校体育场馆的合力效应,应注意合理地规划各种体育场地场馆的布局、多方筹措资金、健全安全管理制度、建立长效运行机制等,以期为我国体育场馆的有效利用提供理论参考和实践的启示。This research focuses on the sports lottery which is called ＂snow-carbon project＂in integrated fitness stadium of Lincheng county and the＂Resources Sharing＂project implemented in the sports gym by Lincheng county No.2 middle school as its research object.Through questionnaire investigation and on-field survey,the research proved that the management method of the above two projects benefited the whole system of physical education and the sports facilities,maximize the contribution of the sports gym to the physical education and the comprehensive fitness program.In order to better the effect of the cooperative power of the snow carbon project sports stadiums together with the schools gym,we should plan the layout of the various sports reasonably like venues,multiple finance,sound security management system,the establishment of long-lasting,etc.It is anticipated that this research can provide the effective suggestion and the practical inspiration on the use of the national stadium.
