摘　　要：以沪昆客运专线湖南段3-A标段新吉坪隧道为例,介绍了隧道洞外GPS平面控制网的布设方案、技术设计、外业观测、基线向量解算、控制网平差以及全站仪精度检验等。同时,对隧道洞外GPS平面控制网建立的相关问题提出一些建议,供大家参考。Xinjiping tunnel of 3-A bid segment of passenger speeial railway line as an example, introduced the collocation scheme, field observation, baseline vector resolve, control network adjustment and total station precision verify of plane GPS control network outside tunnel. At same time, proposed some suggestions about built of plane GPS control network outside tunnel for reference.
