摘 要:目的探讨支架式教学对实习护生临床实践行为的影响。方法在132名护生中随机抽取90名护生,分为实验组和对照组,每组45名。对照组护生采用常规带教方法实习,实验组护生在此基础上开展支架式教学进行实习,分别在实习1周和6个月时评价护生的临床实践行为。结果实习6个月后,实验组护生在临床实践行为总分及运用理论知识、专业角色和角色发展、自我导向的学习行为、临床技能、沟通交流、应用护理程序等维度得分显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论支架式教学能较好地提高实习护生的临床实践能力,可以作为护生的一种临床实习带教方法。Objective To evaluate the influences of scaffolding instruction on clinical practice behaviors of nursing students. Methods Ninety nursing students were randomly selected from 132 nursing students and divided into the experiment group (n = 45 ) and the control group (n = 45 ). Students in the con-trol group received routine clinical practice teaching, and students in the experiment group received scaffolding instruction additionally. Clinical practice behaviors of students in the two groups were measured each at one week and six months after clinical practice. Results After six months, students in experiment group bad higher scores in total score of clinical practice behavior, and dimension scores of applying the theoretical knowledge, professional role and character development, self - directed learning behavior, clinical skills, communication and application of the nursing program than students in control group ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Scaffolding instruction can effectively improve the clinical practice behaviors of nursing students, and can be used as a clinical teaching method of nursing students.
