临床实习护生职业认同现状调查及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查临床实习护生的职业认同现状，并分析其影响因素。方法采用实习护生一般资料调查表和职业认同感问卷对98名实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生职业认同感得分为23～34（28．45±5．44）分。职业认同感的影响因素为报考志愿。结论不同特征的实习护生职业认同感不同，护理管理者应根据实习护生的自身特点对其进行针对性的职业引导。Objective To investigate the status of nursing students＇ professional identification during clinical practice, and to analyze the influencing fac-tors, Methods Ninety - eight nursing students during clinical practice were investigated with the general information questionnaire and the professional identifi-cation questionnaire. Results The total score of professional identification was 23 - 34 （ 28.45 ± 5.44 ）. The application choice was the influencing factor. Conclusion The professional identification of nursing students differs according to the personal characters, nursing administrators should provide career guidance according to the students＇ characters.
