鼻腔原发性淋巴瘤的CT表现及手术病理对照

摘　　要：目的:研究鼻腔淋巴瘤的CT影像,探讨其相对特异的CT表现。方法:回顾性分析7例病理证实的鼻腔淋巴瘤的临床、手术及CT资料。结果:7例中有5例为NK/T细胞淋巴瘤,2例为T细胞淋巴瘤。有5例累及鼻前部或前庭,6例引起鼻背部皮肤及皮下软组织肿胀,病变大部密度较均匀,轻中度强化。结论:CT可发现鼻腔前部肿物,本病CT表现较具明显特征,不伴或伴轻微骨结构破坏或变形,邻近鼻背部皮下肿胀,应考虑鼻腔淋巴瘤的可能,同时可行病理检查方能确诊。Objective：To study CT Imaging of nasal cavity Lymphoma,to explore its relative specificity of CT manifestations.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 7 cases of nasal cavity lymphoma：a clinical and surgical pathology confirmed and CT data.Results：5 cases of NK/T cells in 7 cases of lymphoma,2 cases of t-cell lymphoma.There were 5 cases involving the nose or on the front vestibule,6 cases caused by nasal swelling of the skin and subcutaneous tissue,lesions larger density than even,mild to moderate strengthening.Conclusion：CT found in nasal cavity tumor on the front,CT manifestations of the disease are more distinctive feature,without or with slight destruction or deformation of bone structure adjacent to nasal swelling under the skin on the back,you should consider nasal Lymphoma in May,while possible biopsy to confirm.
