摘 要:核黄素又称维生素B2,是人体中多种酶的组成成分,参与机体的生物氧化反应及能量代谢,在个体发育以及细胞分化、增殖、凋亡等生物学过程中发挥重要的作用。核黄素是人体必需的维生素,不能由人体自身合成,必须从外界转运吸收。大量的动物实验与流行病学研究表明,体内核黄素缺乏是引起食管癌发病的重要背景,核黄素代谢异常导致的核黄素缺乏是食管癌发病重要危险因素之一,现将核黄素代谢与食管癌发生的相关性研究进展综述。Riboflavin,also known as vitamin B2,is essential for several enzymes involved in biological oxidation-reduction reactions and metabolic functions,which plays an important role in cell differentiation,proliferation,apoptosis and other biological processes.Riboflavin is the essential vitamin for human body,and it cannot be made by human itself,but has to be transported from the external.A large number of animal experiments and epidemiological studies suggest that,riboflavin deficiency is an important background of esophageal cancer incidence.Riboflavin deficiency caused by metabolic disorder is an important risk factor for esophageal cancer.The primary aim of this study was to conduct a systematic review of studies with research of Riboflavin metabolic and related factors associated with esophageal cancer.
