摘　　要：高校教务秘书是高校教学工作的服务者,管理者,教学秘书队伍的素质高低直接影响高校教学工作质量及管理水平。探讨高校教务秘书的素质要求及提高途径具有重要意义。教务秘书的素质提高成为高校教务管理面临的困境之一。笔者通过对素质内涵的探析理解,探讨高校教务秘书的素质要求,并提出提高素质途径的建议,教务秘书的素质提高很大程度取决于高校管理环境。Collegiate academic secretaries are both servants and administrators of teaching affairs, and their quality has direct effects on teaching quality and management level. It is of great significance to discuss the quality requirements and ways of improvement, because the improvement of the quality of academic secretaries has become one of the current difficulties that colleges＇ teaching affair administration faces. Through the analysis of the connotation of the quality, this paper discusses quality requirements, puts forward the corresponding suggestions and proposes that improvement of their quality greatly relies on collegiate management environments.
