摘 要:目的:探讨P16ink4a作为肿瘤抑制因子在宫颈液基细胞学(LCT)中的应用。方法:选取120例细胞学检查标本,分别进行液基细胞学检测和P16ink4a免疫细胞化学染色,对阳性标本进行组织学检查。结果:P16ink4a作为分子标记物在宫颈液基细胞学诊断为未见上皮内病变及癌变(NILM)、非典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC)、低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)、高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)的阳性表达率分别为0(0/20)、42.5%(17/40)、27.5%(11/40)、95%(19/20),其中ASC、HSIL组的阳性率显著高于LSIL、NILM组(P<0.05)。结论:P16ink4a作为分子标记物在免疫细胞化学染色中提高了对非典型鳞状上皮细胞的识别能力和宫颈癌筛查的准确性。Objective: To explore the application of P16ink4a as a tumor-inhibiting factor in cervical liquid based cytology.Methods: One hundred and twenty cytological specimens were selected,and then cervical liquid based cytology and P16ink4a immunocytochemical staining were conducted,the positive specimens received histological examination.Results: Taking P16ink4a as a molecular biomarker,the positive expression rates of negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy(NILM),atypical squamous cells(ASC),low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL) and high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL) diagnosed by cervical liquid based cytology were 0(0/20),42.5%(17/40),27.5%(11/40) and 95%(19/20),respectively;the positive rates of ASC and HSIL were statistically significantly higher than those of LSIL and NILM(P 0.05).Conclusion: As a molecular biomarker,P16ink4a improve the recognition capability of immunocytochemical staining to ASC and the accuracy of cervical cancer screening.
