摘　　要：对于轿车而言,车门是一个最容易被关注的活动部件,其美观舒适性、密封性、安全性代表着整车的质量和档次。在车身部件中,车门生产工艺最为复杂。选择合理的车门结构形式并采用适宜的生产工艺,对于国内轿车厂而言,具有重要意义。根据工厂设计经验,介绍了轿车白车身车门的结构形式及其生产工艺,以供相关人员(焊装工艺人员)参考。For the car,the door is one of the most common concern the activity components,its beautiful and comfortable,sealing, security represents the vehicle quality and grades.In the body part ,the production process is the most complex.Choose the door the reasonable structure and the suitable process,for the domestic car factory,has the vital significance.According to the design experience in factory ,introduces the structure of car door and its production process ,focusing on the production process, in order to relevant reference.
