摘　　要：采用统计分析方法,从投入和产出两个角度,以R&D人员、R&D经费、科技论文以及专利作为评价指标对河南省自主创新资源在不同部门、不同地区等方面的配置现状进行详细分析,并在此基础上给出了河南省自主创新资源优化的对策措施.Using statistical analysis,from the perspective of both inputs and outputs,a detailed analysis on allocation of independent innovation is made among the different sectors and regions in Henan province based on the four indexes of RD personnel,RD funds,scientific papers and patents.And according to the above analysis the paper puts forward targeted policy recommendations on the optimization of independent innovation resources in Henan Province.
