高校学前教育专业毕业生就业调查及对策——以成都师范学院学前教育系为例

摘　　要：近年来,学前教育受到党和政府的高度重视,大力发展学前教育成为全社会的共识,学前教育师资的短缺则是当前阻碍学前教育事业发展的瓶颈,为了进一步促进高校学前教育专业的发展,为社会培养更多专业强、师德高、下得去、留得住的学前教育工作者,以成都师范学院学前教育系近三年毕业的学生为对象,开展了以"学前教育专业毕业生就业现状的调查"为题的研究,发现学前教育专业毕业生就业出现了就业区域不平衡、就业不稳定等问题,并针对这些问题,为更加有效地促进毕业生顺利就业,提出了一些解决办法。In recent years, pre - school education has drawn high attention by the Party and the government. Develo-ping the pre - school education vigorously has become social - wide conscious. Nevertheless, shortage of the kindergarten teachers is currently the bottleneck to hamper its development. In order to further promote the professional development of pre - school education in colleges and universities, as well as to train more related personnel who are professional, virtu- ous and also are willingly to be dispatched to anywhere needed and loyal to their careers, a study on ＂survey on current employment situation of graduates major in pre - school education＂ has been carried out which targeted the graduates in nearly three years of this major in Chengdu Normal University. According to the survey, the emerging problems of the current condition of the pre - school education graduates＇employment are regional imbalance and unsteadiness. Therefore, some corresponding suggested solutions are proposed to promote the employment of the graduates.
