基于扎根理论的大学生“不就业”现象研究——以甘肃省为例

摘　　要：大学生及高校教师对于"你觉得大学生就业率低的原因是什么?"这一问题个人原因方面的回答可以集中显现大学生"不就业"现象的原因。运用扎根理论研究范式,对在甘肃省14所高校所采集的427句大学生及高校教师对该问题的个人原因回答语句进行了三级编码分析,结果显示甘肃省大学生"不就业"原因可以集中为14个范畴。同时,以上述原因各范畴类别作为大学生"不就业"现象原因影响因子,依据核心范畴与其他范畴的关系得出各影响因子的权重及其排序。并提出解决大学生"不就业"问题,需要加强对大学生的职业生涯规划指导工作。To the question that ＂ what do you consider is the main reason of low employment rate of college students？＂, the answer of college students and teachers is that personal choice for ＂not working＂ is the main reason for this phenomenon. In this paper, based on the grounded theory, 427 answers which were collected from college students and teachers in 14 colleges in Gansu Province were analyzed on the three coding method. The results show that ＂ not working＂ phenomenon of college students in Gansu Province focus on 7 major categories. At the same time, by using the categories as influencing factor for the ＂not working＂ phenomenon, this paper points out that the solution is to give more career planning guidance to the students.
