摘　　要："趣味体育"课堂教学以情趣、娱乐、健身为目的,可以扭转学生学习体育的态度,激发了学生学习体育的热情和积极性,培养学生乐于健身的良好习惯,强化学生终身锻炼健身的体育意识。The right method,the interest-oriented PE teaching can achieve a multiple goal of fun,entertainment and keeping fit for the participants.It is proved that the PE teaching method presented in this paper is able to change the students’traditional attitudes towards PE learning,motivate the students’enthusiasm and eagerness of learning PE and form the good habit of taking sports as well as the awareness of long-life health building.
