摘　　要：就业模式不仅与个体的就业条件、就业观念有关,与宏观经济政策、劳动就业政策有关,还与历史人文、科学技术、自然地理环境有关。目前关于正规就业与非正规就业的影响因素研究集中在就业观念、宏观政策研究中,而对就业方式中的就业条件、环境的关注明显不足。劳动关系多元化下的就业方式多样化研究有赖于科学技术、自然地理领域对就业方式影响因素的纵深研究,唯此才能有效地转换就业观念,细化就业模式。Employment patterns are associated with individual＇s condition and willingness, nations＇ macro- economic policy and employment policy, and even relevant to the history and culture, science and technology, and the natural and geographical environment. Now we focus on the study of the individual factors and the national factors, while lack of the research of environmental factors. The diversity of employment patterns under the background of labor relations diversification depends on the depth study of natural science. Only by this means, the concept of employment can be converted, and the employment patterns can be refined,
