摘　　要：民主是不可抗拒的潮流。我国的民主化之路是以党内民主带动人民民主。民主离不开竞争,没有竞争就没有民主。在推动党内民主发展过程中,实行竞争性选举是关键。目前我国已经具备了实行竞争性选举的条件,可以着手在一定范围内进行试验。Democracy is an irresistible trend. Propelling people＇s democracy by inner-party democ- racy is the road to China＇s democratization. Democracy can not exist without competition. A com-petitive election is the key to promoting the inner-party democracy proess. At present, China has already had the conditions for competitive elections and can set out to experiment within a certain range.
