摘　　要：prefabrication和prelamination是修复重建外科的常用术语,中文译名分别是"预构"和"预置",在使用中存在一定的混乱和争议。文章辨析了这两个名词的内涵和外延,并探讨了其中文译名。Prefabrication and prelamination, generally translated as ＂预构＂ and ＂预置＂, define a pair of important concepts in reparative and reconstructive surgery. Considering the confusions and misuses of the two words, the author explored their meanings and discussed the corresponding Chinese terms.
