摘　　要：高校实践教学是培养大学生创新精神与实践能力的重要教学形式,可思想政治理论课在实践教学过程中存在着支持体系不完善,表现在老师的实践教学能力不强、实践教学保障机制不完善及评价标准不科学等方面,应强化思想政治理论课教师实践教学能力的培养,构建完善的实践教学支持体系,以增强思想政治理论课的实效性和针对性。Practical teaching is an important form to cultivate college students＇ innovation spirits and practical abilities, but the supporting system for the practical teaching of ideological and political theory course is not perfect in colleges .The teachers＇ abilities for practical teaching need to be improved, the guarantee mechanism is not consummate, and the evaluation criterion is not scientific .The paper presents some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness and pertinency of ideological and political theory teaching, such as enhancing the cultivation of the teachers＇ teaching abilities, constructing perfect supporting system for practical teaching and so on.
