摘 要:对某型船艉板线型结构三处不合理设计进行改进。改进设计采用重叠法,解决了艉板与船体线型衔接难以吻合的难题;改进艉板结构衔接方法,解决了板材难以加工到位,以及板材加工曲劣的问题;通过增加横剖面定位,解决了艉板结构空间定位以及线型光顺美观的问题。工程实践证明该改进设计减少了工人的工作量,缩短了工时。Three discrepancies in linear structural design of the hoop plate of a certain ship were analyzed and improved. The overlay method was use to resolve the problem of difficulty in matching up the connection between the hoop plate and hull. By improving the connected method of the hoop plate, the problems of harder to machine making and structure part deformation are resolved. Through fixing a position according to increasing cross-sections, the space position of hoop plate structure and smoothing line were settled. It is certified by engineering practice and received that this improvement design can alleviate the workload and shorten nroduction period.
